Als het goed is, heb je in je algemene voorwaarden de betalingstermijn vastgelegd. Ook op de factuur zelf staat een vervaldatum. Toch overkomt het vroeg of laat iedere freelancer: de klant betaalt niet. Wat doe je dan? Als je de juiste stappen zet, krijg je vrijwel elke factuur betaald (met uitzondering van faillerende klanten, facturen die terecht worden betwist, en dergelijke)
