allpa is a leading European wholesaler. Founded in 1971, the company initially was engaged in sale of yachts. The parts and accessory busines, which was combined simultaneously, provided a synergy effect that was, at that stage, not yet recognized. The latter experienced a growth to such an extent that, to be able to give full attention, the sales of yachts was terminated. Soon, the understanding came that there is more to an "European Player" than sales only: Service and competent advice are the base of the "point of competence" in Nijmegen. Highly qualified and motivated employees are together a decisive team which is dedicated to "customer relationship". allpa is presented as a strong and dynamic international wholesaler with products for all kinds of water sports, for sailing- and motor yacht shipyards, nautic shops, service companies, inboard- and outboard motor dealers and also for commercial shipyard.

A vessel must comply with the regulations of its flag state wherever it is in the world. In addition when cruising the waters of another country (as explained on the page Law of the Sea and the Coastal State), that country can require you to comply with its national legislation (as applicable to foreign flagged vessels). The UK's relationship with the EU changed from 1 January 2021. As a result you now have an obligation to report to UK Border Force when moving into and out of the UK by recreational boat. You should expect greater scrutiny and requirements to report on arrival and departure, when moving between the UK and the EU and/or the Schengen area by recreational boat. For each of the countries listed, answers to questions that regularly come up are provided. The information applies to UK registered boats owned by private individuals who are resident in the UK, which are taken abroad by them on a short visit. If you choose to base your boat abroad, have both property and your boat in a country, become resident abroad, cruise a company-owned yacht or use your vessel commercially (including offering it for charter), the rules may differ considerably from those applicable to private vessels on short visits. Specialist advice should be sought from the authorities (or a lawyer) in the country concerned.

According to France’s national aviation authority, the French Civil Aviation Authority, flying a drone is legal in France, but we recommend being aware of and compliant with the drone regulations listed below before doing so. If you’d like to contact the French Civil Aviation Authority directly before you travel with any questions you might have, message them on Twitter: @DGAC France is a part of the European Union and therefore must abide by the drone regulations put in place by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). In addition to these regulations, France also has regulations that are country-specific. Based on our research and interpretation of the laws, here are the most important rules to know for flying a drone within the European Union. There are three operational categories that determine drone regulations based on the weight of the drone and the intended operation. Connect and share knowledge within a single location that is structured and easy to search. Being the good citizen I am, I left-click on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in my taskbar, and select my USB drive to dismount. Then I get the message: Windows can't stop your Generic volume device because it is in use. Close any programs or windows that might be using the device, and then try again later. Of course, being the Operating System, it knows exactly what applications are using my device. So why won't it tell me? Or is there a way that I can find out?

Ever wondered which program has a particular file or directory open? Now you can find out. Process Explorer shows you information about which handles and DLLs processes have opened or loaded. The Process Explorer display consists of two sub-windows. The top window always shows a list of the currently active processes, including the names of their owning accounts, whereas the information displayed in the bottom window depends on the mode that Process Explorer is in: if it is in handle mode you'll see the handles that the process selected in the top window has opened; if Process Explorer is in DLL mode you'll see the DLLs and memory-mapped files that the process has loaded. Process Explorer also has a powerful search capability that will quickly show you which processes have particular handles opened or DLLs loaded. The unique capabilities of Process Explorer make it useful for tracking down DLL-version problems or handle leaks, and provide insight into the way Windows and applications work.

Bank Accounts, Company Formations, Tax Planning, Residency Solutions, and more. I have been googeling lot of information about offshore or low-tax solutions and I found couple of useful info, but I still can't create the ideal structure, I think I am still missing some info, so I decided to ask here for an advice. I will describe my situation. I am doing turnkey software products. It can be sold by different ways. I can always sell it to my customers as a Software License (Intellectual Property), or I can invoice and sell it as turnkey programming hours, or I can sell it as ready-made product. It depends what's better for me, my customers are tolerant to me we have very close relationships and I found that some countries have tax-friendly strategies for Intellectual Properties for example, so that's why I am mentioning this. All my activities are online and remote, I also travel a lot. Sometimes more, sometimes less, depends on mood. I have customers mostly from EU (private persons) and I am also EU citizen with EU personal tax domicile.

Sandwich Core Materials are lightweight, structural layers that are embedded between laminate layers in order to build bulk and strength for a part—without adding significant weight. By employing sandwich core materials in your part or mold, you can achieve much higher flexural strength and flexural modulus than using skin laminates alone. Want to learn more about Sandwich Core? Visit the Learning Center and read our white paper, Guidelines for Sandwich Core Materials. All the Sandwich Core materials in this category are compatible with epoxy, vinyl ester, and polyester resins, and can be used for most lay-up techniques, including vacuum bagging and infusion.

News, articles and tools covering Amazon Web Services (AWS), including S3, EC2, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudFormation, Route 53, CloudFront, Lambda, VPC, Cloudwatch, Glacier and more. Just a curiosity. At this point I've done: single staging environment for small teams, and that obviously doesn't work well beyond a couple; one off EC2 instances that just use docker to make a mini-replicated environment; cloudformation to spin up an entire, and yet smaller, version of our production; ngrok and just having our QA test directly. The area I'm interested to see how people are handling it is with respect to data. Are you replicating the full DB? Just using in memory and some seed data? Additionally, for those of you that have this (or have had one in the past), how did you guys set it up to be "pleasurable" to work with? By that I mean it not being some long winding rube goldberg machine that almost defeats the purpose of having a CI.

A lot of RDS's documentation about read replicas contains a magical step along the lines of "direct database traffic to the new master." For instance, their instructions on implementing failure recovery say: This talk about directing traffic glosses over what is actually a complicated step, though. If I were using EC2 instances to host my database, I could give them elastic IPs, use the public DNS address of the instance to address it (which resolves to its private IP from inside AWS), and then instantly swap my entire stack to the read replica by reassigning the elastic IP (and thus simultaneously reassigning the public DNS). I used this method happily back in the days when RDS was considered straightforwardly inferior to rolling your own database instance on EC2 by many DBAs. RDS instances still cannot have elastic IPs, though, so I cannot use this particular trick to magically redirect all my database traffic to a new instance when using RDS.

Is there a way to group all read operations in grant ? If there is any single privilege that stands for ALL READ operations on database. "Reading" from tables and views is the SELECT privilege. If that's what you mean by "all read" then yes: However, it sounds like you mean an ability to "see" everything, to "look but not touch." So, here are the other kinds of reading that come to mind: "Reading" the definition of views is the SHOW VIEW privilege. "Reading" the list of currently-executing queries by other users is the PROCESS privilege.

In a world filled with ever-more-complex technological, sociological, ecological, political & economic systems... a tool to make interactive simulations may not be that much help. But it can certainly try. It's the ancient, time-honored way of learning: messing around and seeing what happens. Play with simulations to ask "what if" questions, and get an intuition for how the system works! Raw code is too inaccessible. Also drag-and-drop is too mainstream. But with LOOPY, you can model systems by simply drawing circles & arrows, like a wee baby

When setting up the NAS, you need to enter in a server name. This becomes the hostname. How can I set a FQDN (i.e. NAS-Store.example.com) without it being wiped out all the time? You can just setup a ddns name and use it to get access (I'm guessing you wanna use that name to gain outside access to your NAS). There is a DDNS tab in Control Panel > External Access. Register your name there. I don't need to worry about DDNS. That is not an issue. As I run an internal DNS on my network, I can type in the FQDN of the NAS and get to it OK. That's all fine. I would just like to be able to give the NAS an FQDN and an SSL certificate to match it, so I do not get any warnings that the cert is incorrect for the NAS when I have external clients use the Cloud Station. I don´t you buy a domain name, setup it up by using DynDns client and give the domain name to your clients to connect to, and then set your internal DNS with that same domain name to point to the internal IP, and also set the name of the NAS with that domain name.

I am working on text classification using SVM. In a paper (Fuzzy Support vector machine for multi-class text categorization) the author has reduced the features(words) by applying the following criteria: "Eliminate the words that are ICF>log2, Uni<0.2 and TF_IDF<26". My question is how can we find TF_IDF value of a word. TF is a local measure and IDF is a global measure. TF_IDF gives different value for a word in each document. TF-IDF is the acronym for Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency. This metric aims at estimating how important is a keyword not only in a particular document, but rather in a whole collection of documents (corpus). Actually, a lot of common words like articles or conjunctions may appear several times in a document but they are not relevant as key-concepts to be indexed or searched. TF (Term Frequency) provides a measure about how frequently a term occurs in a document.

Mailchimp have suggested adding a CNAME record as following to the DNS records. I am not without experience in these matters and have replaced the 'yoursite.com' with the domain name and as far as I can tell have done everything ok .... but it replies with this. An unexpected error occurred. If this issue continues, contact support. Chat is currently offline so I thought I would ask the question here and see if anyone has had similar problems. Sorry to hear about the error when adding the cname record. I have a suggestion that may help resolve the issue when adding you cname record to your dns zone file. When adding the record you may need to remove the "yoursite.com" section from the record as the cname will already be created as a subdomain of your primary domain. This means when adding the record in the host section it should be added as k1._domainkey only and not k1._domainkey.yourdomainname.com. I also tried this on a test domain to ensure the record would save properly. Below I have also pasted a screenshot of how to properly submit the cname record. If for any reason you continue to recieve and error after adding the record please contact our 24/7 customer support line so that our representatives may further research the error.
