Ein anderes Problem ist, das Du, wenn Du das Ventil fester geschlossen hast, dieses nicht mehr so ohne weiteres öffnen kannst (Kraftaufwand zu hoch). Wie gesagt, habe das Teil noch in der Erprobung. The UK's relationship with the EU changed from 1 January 2021. As a result you now have an obligation to report to UK Border Force when moving into and out of the UK by recreational boat. You should expect greater scrutiny and requirements to report on arrival and departure, when moving between the UK and the EU and/or the Schengen area by recreational boat. For each of the countries listed, answers to questions that regularly come up are provided. The information applies to UK registered boats owned by private individuals who are resident in the UK, which are taken abroad by them on a short visit. If you choose to base your boat abroad, have both property and your boat in a country, become resident abroad, cruise a company-owned yacht or use your vessel commercially (including offering it for charter), the rules may differ considerably from those applicable to private vessels on short visits. Specialist advice should be sought from the authorities (or a lawyer) in the country concerned.

It is intended to be a reference for the beginning boat builder who has decided to build boats and sell them. It does not tell you how to build boats, although it has many links to such sites on Ike's List. It does tell you what things you need to know if you are building or planning to build boats and sell them. This is not just for wood boats, or fiberglass boats, but for all boats. The rules, regulations and standards here apply to all recreational boats. They apply primarily to small craft under 60 feet but that is not a hard and fast rule. For instance, all recreational boats are required to have a Hull Identification Number regardless of size. Another instance is gasoline fuel systems. The rules apply to all recreational boats with permanently installed gasoline engines. I will state at the beginning of each subject what it applies to because Federal Regulations define what vessels each regulation applies to and ABYC standards do so as well.

It is recommended that the ensign is worn at all times in daylight, especially when near to or in sight of land or another vessel. The Dock Edge hardware system is designed for use with 1-1/2″ thick lumber (minimum width 6″). All hardware is mounted with carriage bolts. Always use backer plates or other piece of hardware when bolting through wood along with lock washers. This will eliminate the bolt pulling into or through the wood. This will allow the nuts to become loose and fall off. Proper chaining of a dock is critical. Use proper dock anchors (min 250lbs per anchor) and cross chains. If there is no water fluctuation chains may be pulled taut by having a few people stand on the corner while you tighten chain. Use a piano hinge or other arrangement for decking boards over anchor chain corners for easy access for adjustment.

According to published reports, in the US out of the annual average of about 100 deaths due to lightning, approximately 13 are aboard boats. Suffice it to say that if lightning is a hazard where your boat will be used, a plan should be developed to deal with the possibility of a direct strike. In the Pacific Northwest lightning is relatively rare. In Florida, some areas annually have more than fifty strikes per square mile..! According to the well known lightning researcher Ewen Thompson, lightning can develop on the order of one hundred million volts, peak currents of tens of thousands of amps, and generate temperatures of some fifty five thousand degrees. Fortunately, it lasts only a fraction of a second, but within that time it can be deadly and / or very destructive. A lightning strike involves an extremely rapid change in an electric current, generating a momentary but extremely powerful magnetic field. This electro-magnetic pulse (EMP) will readily induce currents in adjacent wiring. Currents induced in wires by the EMP from a lightning strike may do some very weird things, such as fry every piece of electronics aboard. A strike nearby or on another boat can fry the electronics aboard your boat without even requiring an electrical connection or direct strike.

I can always sell it to my customers as a Software License (Intellectual Property), or I can invoice and sell it as turnkey programming hours, or I can sell it as ready-made product. It depends what's better for me, my customers are tolerant to me we have very close relationships and I found that some countries have tax-friendly strategies for Intellectual Properties for example, so that's why I am mentioning this. All my activities are online and remote, I also travel a lot. Sometimes more, sometimes less, depends on mood.
