In Südafrika ist ein TV-Reporter vor laufender Kamera überfallen worden. Die Räuber hatten es auf das Smartphone des Journalisten abgesehen und bedrohten ihn mit einer Pistole. Sie bekamen aber wohl nicht mit, dass alles gefilmt wurde. Vuyo Mvoko vom öffentlichen Rundfunk SABC bereitete sich vor einem Krankenhaus in Johannesburg gerade auf eine Live-Schalte vor, als die Räuber zuschlugen. "Es war wirklich nur Sekunden bevor wir für die Abendnachrichten live gehen sollten", sagte Mvoko seinem Sender. Die Diebe erbeuteten demnach drei Mobiltelefone und einen Laptop.

I’m 27 years old born and bred in Cape Town, yip one of the most beautiful cities in the...dare I say whole world (hahaha). My friends describe me as ‘The Crazy Jap’ hence the name of my blog. Anyways, I’m not one for writing, art and design is what I do best, so what you’ll find on my blog is just that. My friends, family, girlfriend, previous educators and lecturers, have always encouraged me to exhibit my art work or share it with other people. Since I’m working towards establishing a name for myself in the design world, my blog is the one way of me doing so. Art is my medium of expression, plain and simple. My designs can be looked at and interpreted in whichever way you like.

Minimal: Of a minimum amount, quantity, or degree; negligible : a minimal amount of information. Art characterized by the use of simple or primary forms or structures, esp. geometric or massive ones. Basicly, the best house/techno style ever. It’s getting more and more popular and is no longer considered underground. Famous djs play minimal all over the world and produce great tracks. Also Mini-Mal. A hybrid, or fun-sized, surfboard ranging from 7′-8’6. Originally fashioned after the Malibu surfboard. So appropriately named the minimal, and great for beginner surfers. A little about mmminimal: mmminimal is a blend of tasteful designs and articles based on the concept of minimalism. The site mmminimal is currently run by the likes of Rob Hope and Derek Clark, two web dev/designers based in Cape Town, South Africa.
