In Südafrika ist ein TV-Reporter vor laufender Kamera überfallen worden. Die Räuber hatten es auf das Smartphone des Journalisten abgesehen und bedrohten ihn mit einer Pistole. Sie bekamen aber wohl nicht mit, dass alles gefilmt wurde. Vuyo Mvoko vom öffentlichen Rundfunk SABC bereitete sich vor einem Krankenhaus in Johannesburg gerade auf eine Live-Schalte vor, als die Räuber zuschlugen. "Es war wirklich nur Sekunden bevor wir für die Abendnachrichten live gehen sollten", sagte Mvoko seinem Sender. Die Diebe erbeuteten demnach drei Mobiltelefone und einen Laptop.

It would certainly be a lot cheaper for the customer that way. It requires real skill, patience and dedication, and many people rise to the challenge. The exhilaration of finally being able to open a particular type of lock after spending days, if not weeks, trying, is a huge reward in itself.
