After Brexit, many are looking for a new place to call home. These regions offer big incentives to get you to relocate. That’s the growing question on the minds of many UK citizens who voted to remain in the EU during the June 23 referendum. Londoner Tabhitha Wilson is one of them. The 40-year-old personal trainer and healthcare communications consultant said she’s now actively searching for opportunities abroad “because I don’t want to be around for all the madness and upheaval”

The Jamestown Foundation’s mission is to inform and educate policy makers and the broader community about events and trends in those societies which are strategically or tactically important to the United States and which frequently restrict access to such information. Utilizing indigenous and primary sources, Jamestown’s material is delivered without political bias, filter or agenda. It is often the only source of information which should be, but is not always, available through official or intelligence channels, especially in regard to Eurasia and terrorism. Launched in 1984 after Jamestown's late president and founder William Geimer's work with Arkady Shevchenko, the highest-ranking Soviet official ever to defect when he left his position as undersecretary general of the United Nations, the Jamestown Foundation rapidly became the leading source of information about the inner workings of closed totalitarian societies.

Beelitz-Heilstatten, a district of the town, is home to a large hospital complex of about 60 buildings including a cogeneration plant erected from 1898 on according to plans of architect Heino Schmieden. Originally designed as a sanatorium by the Berlin workers' health insurance corporation, the complex from the beginning of World War I on was a military hospital of the Imperial German Army. During October and November 1916, Adolf Hitler recuperated at Beelitz-Heilstatten after being wounded in the leg at the Battle of the Somme. In 1945, Beelitz-Heilstatten was occupied by Soviet forces, and the complex remained a Soviet military hospital until 1995, well after the German reunification. In December 1990 Erich Honecker was admitted to Beelitz-Heilstatten after being forced to resign as the head of the East German government.
