Sandwich Core Materials are lightweight, structural layers that are embedded between laminate layers in order to build bulk and strength for a part—without adding significant weight. By employing sandwich core materials in your part or mold, you can achieve much higher flexural strength and flexural modulus than using skin laminates alone. Want to learn more about Sandwich Core? Visit the Learning Center and read our white paper, Guidelines for Sandwich Core Materials. All the Sandwich Core materials in this category are compatible with epoxy, vinyl ester, and polyester resins, and can be used for most lay-up techniques, including vacuum bagging and infusion.

Super7 has just shared a teaser of what we can expect from their upcoming Fighter The 13th release! This is happening none other than on this Friday, February 13th on both their website and in store. From what we can see, we can expect a lovely array of mixed vinyl parts! You got your glitter, marbled, and unpainted parts from the one of the many fighter figures Super7 has done with Secret Base. Just from the photo we can see a Robot Fighter head and both Skull Brain head and body!

The PhDJ, aka Dylan Evans, has played at clubs in London and Amsterdam, as well as at literary events such as the Hay Festival of Literature and the Orange Prize for Fiction. He has recently moved from vinyl to doing live sets with Ableton Live running on a Mac. He also produces remixes such as those on this site.

Cosmic Boogie started as a music blog about music. Based in Liverpool but with hooks into other parts of north west UK, it has now grown into much more than originally intended. I have seen countless people asking on forums how you organise, store, sort and play MP3s for DJing. I was, until not long ago, one of the people asking. It’s only been the last 6 months that I have changed over from being a “vinyl only” man to using MP3s as well.
