No amount of equipment can compensate for lack of knowledge, skill, experience and judgment. Nevertheless, without the right equipment, you will not be safe and your ability to learn will be compromised as well. Here is a list of the items you will need to take part in any one of our Cave or Technical Diver courses. Certain specialty programs may require additional equipment (such as an expedition-grade DPV for the DPV course). You will not, however, need stage bottles for entry-level Cave Diver training, nor will you need a deco bottle if only taking the Apprentice Cave Diver course. Some of these items you may already own. Others you may need to purchase. If you will be flying to Florida to take your course, you should plan on renting heavier items, such as tanks, here. Overall, it is best to own as much of your equipment as possible.

The United States Flag Code provides advisory rules for display and care of the American Flag, but there are also specific guidelines for flying flags on recreational boats. In fact, boat flag etiquette not only ensures that the flag is displayed respectfully, it actually helps boaters to identify one another and communicate while on open water. The five most common types of boat flags are Ensign, Burgee, Private Signal, Courtesy and Signal Flags.

Porn is a big industry. There aren't many sites on the Internet that can rival the traffic of its biggest players. And juggling this immense traffic is tough. To make things even harder, much of the content served from porn sites is made up of low latency live streams rather than simple static video content. But for all of the challenges involved, rarely have I read about the developers who take them on. So I decided to write about my own experience on the job. And juggling this immense traffic is tough. But for all of the challenges involved, rarely have I read about the python developers who take them on. So I decided to write about my own experience on the job. A few years ago, I was working for the 26th (at the time) most visited website in the world - not just the porn industry: the world.

There’s a Rocna or Vulcan anchor to suit just about any vessel – including larger sizes not featured here. To choose the correctly sized Rocna or Vulcan anchor for your boat, follow the chart and instructions. To choose the correctly sized Rocna or Vulcan anchor, find your vessel’s length from the column on the left, then track across that row until you find the first column with a displacement (in tonnes) the same or larger than the displacement of your vessel. The top of the column with the selected displacement indicates the recommended Rocna or Vulcan anchor. Use the tabs to navigate between Metric Tonnes, Short Tonnes, and Pounds. Unlike other manufacturers, our anchor sizing recommendations are intended to provide an anchor adequate for use in most all conditions. We base our calculations on 50 knots of wind, associated surge, and poor holding bottoms. For more on our philosophy and rationale, please consult our Knowledge Base article on our sizing recommendations.

Sandwich Core Materials are lightweight, structural layers that are embedded between laminate layers in order to build bulk and strength for a part—without adding significant weight. By employing sandwich core materials in your part or mold, you can achieve much higher flexural strength and flexural modulus than using skin laminates alone. Want to learn more about Sandwich Core? Visit the Learning Center and read our white paper, Guidelines for Sandwich Core Materials. All the Sandwich Core materials in this category are compatible with epoxy, vinyl ester, and polyester resins, and can be used for most lay-up techniques, including vacuum bagging and infusion.

A Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) is a compact sequence of characters that identifies an abstract or physical resource. This specification defines the generic URI syntax and a process for resolving URI references that might be in relative form, along with guidelines and security considerations for the use of URIs on the Internet. The URI syntax defines a grammar that is a superset of all valid URIs, allowing an implementation to parse the common components of a URI reference without knowing the scheme-specific requirements of every possible identifier. This specification does not define a generative grammar for URIs; that task is performed by the individual specifications of each URI scheme.

According to Google (via: DF), UTF8 is now the most popular character set on the web! I wonder how much this is down to sensible defaults in web authoring tools, rather than a conscious shift in mindset. It's a long time since I looked at it, but as far as I can remember Dreamweaver defaults to UTF8 for new web pages, so a lot of beginning web designers are probably building Unicode sites without even realising it. I think there are a couple of reasons that many web designers and developers still aren't using Unicode across the board.

First appearances may be deceiving... Web attackers have have been using a method of stashing pieces of their PHP backdoor exploit code within the meta-data headers of these image files to evade detections. This is not a completely new tactic however it is not as well known by the defensive community so we want to raise awareness. Let's first take a quick look at why this technique is being utlized by attackers.

This article provides a simple positive model for preventing XSS using output escaping/encoding properly. While there are a huge number of XSS attack vectors, following a few simple rules can completely defend against this serious attack. This article does not explore the technical or business impact of XSS. Suffice it to say that it can lead to an attacker gaining the ability to do anything a victim can do through their browser. Both reflected and stored XSS can be addressed by performing the appropriate validation and escaping on the server-side. DOM Based XSS can be addressed with a special subset of rules described in the DOM based XSS Prevention Cheat Sheet. For a cheatsheet on the attack vectors related to XSS, please refer to the XSS Filter Evasion Cheat Sheet. More background on browser security and the various browsers can be found in the Browser Security Handbook.

Webmaster Guidelines: Best practices to help Google find, crawl, and index your site. Following these guidelines will help Google find, index, and rank your site. Even if you choose not to implement any of these suggestions, we strongly encourage you to pay very close attention to the "Quality Guidelines," which outline some of the illicit practices that may lead to a site being removed entirely from the Google index or otherwise impacted by an algorithmic or manual spam action. If a site has been affected by a spam action, it may no longer show up in results on Google.com or on any of Google's partner sites.
