I have been googeling lot of information about offshore or low-tax solutions and I found couple of useful info, but I still can't create the ideal structure, I think I am still missing some info, so I decided to ask here for an advice. I will describe my situation. I am doing turnkey software products. It can be sold by different ways. I can always sell it to my customers as a Software License (Intellectual Property), or I can invoice and sell it as turnkey programming hours, or I can sell it as ready-made product. It depends what's better for me, my customers are tolerant to me we have very close relationships and I found that some countries have tax-friendly strategies for Intellectual Properties for example, so that's why I am mentioning this. All my activities are online and remote, I also travel a lot. Sometimes more, sometimes less, depends on mood. I have customers mostly from EU (private persons) and I am also EU citizen with EU personal tax domicile.

When we started working on the project, we used a lot of cutting edge tools, especially in terms of 3-D modeling and the fabrication machinery used to execute this incredibly complex design. But since then, a funny thing has happened. What we thought was cutting edge has become the norm. However, when I tell this to people (even people in the steel industry), they initially look skeptical. They tell me steel is an old, mature, smoke-stack industry. But while steel has been the material of choice for construction for most of the past century, it doesn't mean it's not a modern industry with new technology (ranging from improvements in the properties of steel to better equipment and new communication and design tools). And fortunately, on September 19, you have a chance to see for yourself.

Het USC is al 34 jaar hét sportcentrum voor studenten van en andere betrokkenen bij UvA en HvA, maar ook anderen kunnen bij het USC sporten. De hoofdvestiging van het USC, sportcentrum Universum, telt ruim 9.500 m² en meerdere zalen voor een veelheid aan activiteiten. Jaarlijks doen zo’n 12.000 mensen mee aan een van de ruim 70 sportactiviteiten van het USC. Alle USC-vestigingen zijn voorzien van goed geoutilleerde kleedkamers en douchevoorzieningen. Sportcentrum Universum beschikt over een infrarood sauna, een gewone sauna, een turks stoombad en zonnebanken, het ASC over zonnebanken. Uiteraard is overal een horecavoorziening aanwezig.
