31 mei 1952 was een heuglijke dag: de Efteling werd officieel geopend. Het toenmalige Sprookjesbos groeide in de decennia die volgden uit tot een gigantische Wereld vol Wonderen. Met name Anton Pieck zorgde voor de sprookjesachtige sfeer die de Efteling kenmerkt en tot op de dag van vandaag wordt gekoesterd en bewaakt. De Wereld van de Efteling beperkt zich niet tot het attractiepark, het golfpark en de overnachtingsmogelijkheden maar komt ook tot uiting in evenementen voor de zakelijke markt. Bovendien produceert de Efteling eigen musicals en radio- en televisieprogramma's zoals Sprookjesboom en Jokie.

Byculla House later known as Stroud Green House was built in 1788 and stood in its own grounds not far from Ashburton House on other side of St James Road East. The road is now known as Lower Addiscombe Road. The renaming is most probably because the Addiscombe area falls to this low point and may account to the area being latterly known as marshy or wet place as in ‘Stroud Green’. The Byculla name was derived from the suburb in south Mumbai (Bombay), an area to which the British East India Company had links. The East India Company had its own army, trained in Addiscombe.

Le plus petit garage du monde est Belge son heureux propriétaire est Mr Eugène Breynaert. oui ta raison pour ce genre de voiture mais pas toutes les autos. mais si la porte du coffre ne s'ouvre pas alors il pourra faire quelques hurlements sinon... c'est la prière avant le départ destination le jour du jugement dernier.
