Starlink internet coverage, cost, speeds and the latest news — what you need to know | Tom's Guide

Elon Musk's Starlink satellite internet service is rapidly launching satellites — here's everything we know While it's still in its early stages, Starlink could very well change the internet for billions of people around the world. In our Starlink review, we were impressed by the new satellite internet service being rolled out by tech billionaire and Tesla founder Elon Musk, but because the service is in beta, there's lots of questions people have. SpaceX has launched over 1,500 Starlink satellites to date. Its most recent mission went off successfully and should continue to help cover the northern U.S., Canada and the U.K. NASA and SpaceX have also come to an information-sharing agreement to avoid orbital collisions. SpaceX is also nearing an agreement with the FCC to have it's satellites orbit at an even lower range, which should only improve signal and connectivity.

Join me for a deep dive into the details of the 18,000 RPM performance rear motor and drive unit from a 2015-2016 Tesla Model S P90D. This drive unit is similar to the one used in the 2017-2020 P100D. The video is divided into four sections showing: 1. The motor and gears. 2. The high-performance bearings. 3. The lubrication system. and 4. The cooling system. Weber State University (WSU) Davis Campus - Automotive Technology Department - Advanced Vehicles Lab. A technical description and demonstration of the Tesla P90D Rear Drive Unit (RDU). We teach current vehicle technologies to our automotive students at Weber State University and online. Kar-go: Europe's first road-worthy autonomous delivery vehicle - CNN

(CNN)If you're sick and tired of arriving home after a hard day at work to find yet another online delivery has gone AWOL, then a new autonomous delivery vehicle could soon be here to help. Kar-go is the brainchild of the United Kingdom-based Academy of Robotics, which describes it as "Europe's first road-worthy autonomous delivery vehicle." Using AI, this autonomous delivery vehicle offers customers an app -- similar to one used when ordering a taxi -- allowing them to choose when and where their packages are delivered. Earlier this year, Chinese startup Neolix also began mass production of its own autonomous vans, while in Houston last month, Domino's Pizza partnered with self-driving company Nuro to deliver takeaway food to customers' doors.

Four laws of electromagnetism that you should know

https://www.motioncontroltips.com/four-laws-of-electromagnetism-you-should-know/

Saved by uncleflo on July 22nd, 2019.

The operation of electric motors is governed by various laws of electricity and magnetism, including Faraday’s law of induction, Ampère’s circuital law, Lenz’ law, and the Lorentz force. The first two – Faraday’s law and Ampère’s circuital law – are included in Maxwell’s equations. Together with Lenz’ law and the Lorentz force, these principles form the basis of electromagnetism.

Vortrag 'Freie Energie', Januar '98
