Concrete pontoons stand out in contrast to other pontoons for its stability and durability. The pontoons, from the heavier breakwaters made of concrete to the lighter ones made of wood, are designed to last for 30-50 years. The all concrete and styrofoam construction of the pontoon produces a very high degree of buoyancy thus making it virtually unsinkable. It is practically maintenance-free and has little or no impact upon Nature and the Environment. Each standard pontoon is designed to accept electrical and water supply services.

Concrete Pontoon Specification: 1. Concrete: Pontoon precast units are manufactured by experienced personal. We adopt high quality premium C50 Concrete, containing silicon particles and fibers. Silicon particles can improve the strength and waterproof performance, and fibers can increase anti-crack on concrete surface and improve the flexural strength. Pontoon surface will go through brush treatment evenly to achieve antiskid effect. 2. Rebar: Rebar is used to provent the corrosion caused by halide ion erosion and subsequently the phenomenon of blowout of concrete. 3. Low-density thermoplastic foams are frequently used as energy-absorbing foams. That is, kinetic energy from an incoming mass is mostly dissipated in the foam, resulting in little, if any, throwback or reverse propulsion of the mass from the foam. Typically, energy absorption is described in terms of the area under the foam stress-strain curve. The typical stress-strain curve for a low-density foam is depicted as having three general components: At low compression, say, less than about 5%, the foam acts as a Hookean elastic spring. That is, the extent of compression, ε, is directly proportional to the applied stress, σ , with the proportionality, Ef, being the modulus of the foam: σ = Ef ε. For essentially all foams, the modulus of the foam is directly related to the modulus of the polymer, Ep, and the ratio of squares of the foam density, Ep, and polymer density, ρP: Ef = Ep (ρf / ρo)².
