This is the choice of the shop with the added extra of a convenience zip. If you are looking for a drysuit for dinghy sailing then you can't get any better than this. It has all the features you need and doesn't have ones that you don't, chest pockets and hand warmer pockets for example which you would be unable to access whilst dinghy sailing as they would be constricted by your buoyancy aid. We wear this suit for dinghy sailing in the winter as do many of our customers at our local sailing club. Featuring a soft, 4 layer, highly breathable and waterproof fabric combined with the high fleecy neck make this a very comfortable and warm suit to wear. If you come in to the shop looking for a drysuit for dinghy sailing then you will leave with one of these.

High Density Polyurethane Antimicrobial Foam is the best choice when you need a high-quality, long-lasting and dependable foam ideal for heavy-use applications. Its density means it will provide excellent support while still delivering on comfort, making it ideal for high-traffic seating cushions (such as couches and sofas), benches, cabin seating and sleeping berths, automotive seating and certain outdoor cushions. Its antimicrobial properties help prevent the growth of mold and mildew. For outdoor use, Antimicrobial High Density foam can be used, and silk film should be wrapped around the foam to help keep moisture out. Also use an upholstery fabric that has high water resistance or can be treated with a waterproofing solution.

It’s a few weeks after AWS re:Invent 2018 and my head is still spinning from all of the information released at this year’s conference. This year I was able to enjoy a few sessions focused on Aurora deep dives. In fact, I walked away from the conference realizing that my own understanding of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Durability in Aurora had been off for quite a while. Consequently, I decided to put this blog out there, both to collect the ideas in one place for myself, and to share them in general. Unlike some of our previous blogs, I’m not focused on analyzing Aurora performance or examining the architecture behind Aurora. Instead, I want to focus on how HA, DR, and Durability are defined and implemented within the Aurora ecosystem. We’ll get just deep enough into the weeds to be able to examine these capabilities alone.

With microcontrollers and other Integrated Circuit (IC)’s getting smaller and smaller Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design gets more and more difficult. 2 layer PCB design is getting common for small companies and hobbyists but 4 layer or more is a bit daring for those used to 2 layers. When designing a circuit with a Ball Grid Array (BGA) that has 100 or more pins a 4 layer circuit board is necessary, but more layers can make designing easier. With prices of 4 layer boards getting lower it can be a better idea to route a board thats hard to do in 2 layers in 4 layers as it can save a lot of time. This document will explain the basics of routing PCBs with 4 or more layers with Cadsoft Eagle.

Brass will automatically start to tarnish if exposed to oxygen. The only way to prevent polished brass from tarnishing is to coat it with a layer of clear sealer that will prevent air from reaching the brass itself. Many brass surfaces come with this finish originally, but it can wear down over time. Refresh the coating every few years to keep the brass shiny and like-new without frequent polishing. A clear polyurethane sealer will protect the brass from oxygen exposure without causing discoloration.

A masterpiece of Gothic architecture, the Doge’s Palace is an impressive structure composed of layers of building elements and ornamentation, from its 14th and 15th century original foundations to the significant Renaissance and opulent Mannerist adjunctions. The structure is made up of three large blocks, incorporating previous constructions. The wing towards the St. Mark’s Basin is the oldest, rebuilt from 1340 onwards. The wing towards St. Mark’s Square was built in its present form from 1424 onwards. The canal-side wing, housing the Doge’s apartments and many government offices, dates from the Renaissance and was built between 1483 and 1565.

Demonstration of how to create a sculpture from an existing sculpture, by very talented artists in Italy, on marble stone. The large stone is first cut by a hand saw machine to get rid of the larger pieces. The stone is then chivelled by to nearby precision. A poke pointer and precision hole sawing than marks exact depth holes and marks where the statue surface should be. The statue is then passed on to another expert, who takes the time to very precisely sculpt and smooth the final layers to the final statue.

jParallax turns nodes into absolutely positioned layers that move in response to the mouse. Depending on their dimensions these layers move at different rates, in a parallaxy kind of way. With a bit of CSS you can either set up windows to see these layers through, or leave them free to roam about.

Parallax scrolling is a popular design technique used on websites in order to create an illusion of movement on the screen, to help engage website visitors and enhance the user experience. This cool 3D-like design concept allows users to scroll up and down a page at different speeds, while images on various layers move at different rates to give the page more visual depth and dimension to give the user a more seamless experience. If you’re looking for some inspiration or considering using this technique on your own website, make sure to check out our amazing showcase of parallax examples:

As stated before, one of the roles of the Model layer is to get data from multiple types of storage. The CakePHP Model class comes with some functions that will help you search for this data, sort it, paginate it, and filter it. The most common function you will use in models is Model::find()

Ok, apparently setChildIndex() only sets the display index number of the item in the container (item #1 to display, item #2 to display, etc.), but doesn't have anything to do with z-index (i.e., layering items on top of one another)? This is exactly what it does!
