There’s a good chance that you already have Python on your operating system. If so, you do not need to install or configure anything else to use Python. Having said that, I would strongly recommend that you install the tools and libraries described in the guides below before you start building Python applications for real-world use. In particular, you should always install Setuptools, Pip, and Virtualenv — they make it much easier for you to use other third-party Python libraries.

Go for the cheapest and hope you don't need to claim, or go for the most expensive because that must be the best? Or take a more logical approach with our handy checklist. Here are some issues to consider when comparing policies. If an accident happens because a worn out part fails, is the part excluded or is the claim rejected? If there is a No Claims Bonus, is it protected at its maximum? If you have a claim, what is the effect on NCB in the following year? Do the insurers need a condition survey? If not, and your boat is more than say, 10 years old, why not? Is the policy an Agreed Fixed Value policy?
If a ‘New for Old’ deduction can be applied, does it apply to parts and materials only, or to all costs including labour costs?

In addition to the UK’s civil and military aerodromes, there are hundreds of smaller, grass airfields set up by private individuals (termed ‘farm strips’). If you own suitable land, it’s possible to set up your own – of course, planning restrictions and practical considerations apply. We outline some of them here. Naturally, we suggest you obtain professional advice before flying from your land – however, if you do own a suitable portion of real estate, you can operate your aircraft from it for up to 28 days per year without planning permission, providing it’s safe to do. If the usage exceeds that, then you’ll need to apply to your Local Authority for change of use permission. Airfields operating under the 28 day rule are classified as ‘unlicensed fields’. This isn’t to say they’re illegal, but rather that they haven’t been subject to a Civil Aviation Authority survey; which quantifies and assesses approach obstacles, runway surfaces & length, and so forth. Your farm strips is therefore likely to be more challenging to fly in and out of – but, as most farm strip flyers will tell you, therein lies the challenge!

For this purpose, we must delve into the world of NLP or Natural Language Processing. Anyone who has done anything with file uploads knows that there's a lot to take into consideration when you're allowing your users to upload their own files up to the server. We've already covered some of the things you can do to help prevent some of the most common problems (bad MIME types, whitelisting file types, etc) but there's another one to consider that wasn't mentioned before. This "silent threat" comes in the form of PHP code embedded into the EXIF data on an image - jpg, gif, whatever. Since PHP only really has detection for things like MIME type, checking into the headers of uploaded images is difficult. Thankfully, there's a simple way to protect you and your application - don't use include (or the like) to load images into your site.

It is currently said that MD5 is partially unsafe. Taking this into consideration, I'd like to know which mechanism to use for password protection. This question, Is “double hashing” a password less secure than just hashing it once? suggests that hashing multiple times may be a good idea, whereas How to implement password protection for individual files? suggests using salt.I'm using PHP. I want a safe and fast password encryption system. Hashing a password a million times may be safer, but also slower. How to achieve a good balance between speed and safety? Also, I'd prefer the result to have a constant number of characters.
