Strung between the cliffs is a shining golden star, said to have been hung by a knight, which protects the village. Rumoured to be the setting that inspired Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Riquewihr is an enchanting village of winding lanes and secluded courtyards. The colourful 16th century houses that line its streets are full of character thanks to their traditional architecture and flower-adorned balconies. Riquewihr is also known for its outstanding wine, so drop by one of the many tasting rooms during your visit.

De Sixhaven ligt in het centrum van Amsterdam aan het IJ recht tegenover het Centraal Station. Vanaf het IJsselmeer en de Noordzee is de Sixhaven met staande mast te bereiken. De Sixhaven heeft een unieke verbinding met het centrum van Amsterdam door de nabijheid van twee aanmeerpunten van gratis ponten naar het Centraal Station Amsterdam, beiden op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen. De oversteek met de pont naar het centrum van Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 5 minuten. De ponten varen zeer frequent dag en nacht: zie hiervoor de dienstregeling van het GVB.

A vessel must comply with the regulations of its flag state wherever it is in the world. In addition when cruising the waters of another country (as explained on the page Law of the Sea and the Coastal State), that country can require you to comply with its national legislation (as applicable to foreign flagged vessels). The UK's relationship with the EU changed from 1 January 2021. As a result you now have an obligation to report to UK Border Force when moving into and out of the UK by recreational boat. You should expect greater scrutiny and requirements to report on arrival and departure, when moving between the UK and the EU and/or the Schengen area by recreational boat. For each of the countries listed, answers to questions that regularly come up are provided. The information applies to UK registered boats owned by private individuals who are resident in the UK, which are taken abroad by them on a short visit. If you choose to base your boat abroad, have both property and your boat in a country, become resident abroad, cruise a company-owned yacht or use your vessel commercially (including offering it for charter), the rules may differ considerably from those applicable to private vessels on short visits. Specialist advice should be sought from the authorities (or a lawyer) in the country concerned.

If you wish to visit at other times you are welcome to contact the Club using the ‘Contact EYC’ facility. New members are always welcomed, and encouraged to become involved in all club activities. Small charming property right in the very heart of historic centre of Prague. You can´t stay more central - our hostel is located literally right at the Charles Bridge. We offer tourist acommodation in recently remodeled and fully furnished apartments. All the rooms are equipped with a kitchen, TV and everything you should need during your stay. Tourist Information Centre in the lobby serves as a reception for our guests. There is free high-speed Wi-Fi in all areas and internet café downstairs as well (free access for our guests). We have great NESPRESSO coffee free for our guests and unlimited! Everything is included in the price, we are never going to charge you for towels, toilet paper and so on. The history of the hostel building goes back to the late 14th century and it belongs to protected cultural heritage. This means you can strongly feel Prague´s history here, but you have to get over a lack of elevator while staying here. But not to worry, we will help you to carry your bags up the stairs (this applies to girls and women only) :)
